My BIO:
James Benincasa began his career in the real estate and finance industry in 1988 and found it to be the perfect place to apply his talents and abilities. From 1988-1991 he sold millions in residential real estate. From 1991- 2006, he built one of the largest independent mortgage banking companies in the state of Minnesota.

He was a multi-million dollar originator while overseeing all aspects of operations and sales. When he sold his company in 2006 the company had exceeded 3 billion dollars in gross sales. In 2007 he became certified in Business Finance. In spring of 2009 he was certified in Business Cost Reduction and Recovery Services.

James is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and loves to share his knowledge and experience with buyers and sellers that are first timers to second, third or more.
